Description

BPD-SL — bird protection perching deterrent (landing repellent) device, designed to protect insulators and lines of anchor-angle towers from bird’s feces (guano/waste products), protects towers from birds nesting and landing at supports and cross-arm, provide conditions of normal usage and operation of overhead power lines 35-750 kV

Device is made of dielectric composite material, UV-stable, with an operating temperature range from -60°C to + 50°C. Placement category – outdoor (medium-cold climate area).

Features

Device is absolutely safe for birds. Perching deterrent (landing repellent) BPD-SL is made of harmless rods, that block birds from landing at cross-arm.
BPD-SL is completed with universal clamps or galvanized steel straps, providing reliable fastening to the elements of the overhead transmission line cross-arm.
